When the ladies come round to face, men throw your right hand across to the left at waist level - letting go to spin your lady clockwise. Catch man's left to lady's right. Return. Both step back.

Men with a bent left arm lower your left hand down to your left hip. Keep hold with both hands as men start lowering your right hand down to the left, but also start turning to your right, bending at the waist to duck down underneath your lady's right arm. Men let go with your left hand from behind your back as you stand back up, and transfer the lady's left hand from your right to your left - lady's allow your right hand to slide off the man's shoulder and down his chest, as you both step back catching right to right underneath your left hands.
